Why we started Fssai.co
The problem was obvious in India's food industry.
The Indian food sector is exploding — cloud kitchens, D2C food brands, home bakers, dairy startups, and food exporters. But most businesses treat FSSAI compliance as a one-off paperwork task, not as an ongoing business function.
